Return Policy
We hope you love what you ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have for the return? Do I need to pay for the return shipping fee?
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
How do I make a return?
1.Sign into your SHEIN account.
2.Find the order in My Orders & click "Return Item."
3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, then submit.
4.Select the return method and refund method, then please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies, beauty and most accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
2. Please note that gifts and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any worn, damaged, washed or altered items.
4. We do not offer postage for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your own expense.
Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address we provide.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-SHEIN items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your SHEIN Wallet or the original payment account as per your request.
Note: The original shipping fees and guarantee fees are non-refundable.
