See the pic its flexible in your body it fits perfectly i have belly fat and it sticks to it even if you sit it wont deform it doesn't hurt if you sit or jump its comfy to wear very stretchable i ordered Large since im medium to large frame and i have beer belly 2. PERFECT FOR EVERYDAY USE its breathable and flexible its like its part of your skin that you wont feel or think that youre using this. PLEASE HEART MY COMMENT IF YOU FIND IT VERY USEFUL i suggest if you only have small beer belly and you think of ordering LARGE order Medium because this product is very stretchy
